I am a health foodie, yoga instructor and school teacher in the beautiful Rocky Mountains of Canada. I studied Human Kinetics at the University of Ottawa and have completed my yoga teacher training in New Zealand.
I started Root & Revive after noticing a need for intolerance-friendly foods that were nutrient dense, yet flavourful. Having many intolerances myself, I've spent an enormous amount of time researching foods that suit my needs. Instead of continuing my search, I decided to fill the niche.
My goal is to continue fulfilling the needs of my clients who have discovered Root & Revive. I am continuously working on new recipes and growing as a business to better serve you. I can't wait to hear what Root & Revive does for you!
